Holiday Inn Express and Suites Haltom City Ft Worth by IHG

I’ve decided to give them another try. I spoke with the manager, and even though some things are missing, I believe they care about the property. I’m leaving a positive review in the hope it helps their rating and brings in a little more business. Keep trying, do your best, be open with guests, and make their experience a priority.

After I explained my situation and asked for help with my reservation, the hotel manager was rude, dismissive, and showed no interest in finding a solution. There was no empathy or willingness to help. My reservation was canceled, and I lost both the booking and the money I’d paid. I now have to pay for another reservation at a different hotel. It was frustrating how little effort they made to handle this professionally. Thanks to these people, I lost my money. I’m never coming back, and I don’t recommend this place at all.

We stay at these hotels for the breakfast, so finding no food 45 minutes to an hour before it’s supposed to end is ridiculous. If breakfast is meant to run until 0930, don’t close it at 0845. If they can’t keep their end of the deal, I may need to choose different hotels.

We were coming to spend Christmas with family when something came up at the last minute, as it can around the holidays, and we couldn’t make our reservation. Since we were past the cancellation window, I called to ask if there was any recourse. They basically said the manager thought they’d had too many cancellations that day, so they wouldn’t offer any and would charge us the full amount. I understood the cancellation policy and would have been happy with credit toward a future stay. But once they have your money, they don’t seem to care. I’ve stayed at hundreds of Holiday Inn Express locations around the country and have never been treated so poorly or met with such disregard for customer service.
