Whenever we need a motel room, we stay at Red Roof Inn Haltom City. The rooms are ALWAYS clean, and the staff are welcoming and very helpful. They take good care of guests and do their best to find solutions when problems come up. Thanks, Red Roof, for doing such a great job.

Our house burned down on dec 10th, and we chose Red Roof Inn because I knew they allowed pets. Even though insurance offered to place us in an air bnb, we stayed here for that reason. They’ve made us customers for life. The people in the office were kind and didn’t make things difficult. The man who checked us in the first night was especially great, joking with us and going out of his way to lift our spirits. December was the worst month of my life, and we lost everything. Thanks to them, I was able to keep my furbabies with me through it all.

The room had just one working light, no working outlets, and a refrigerator that didn’t work. As soon as I got there, they changed my reservation to that room. Management is rude and treats everyone like they’re drug addicts. This is the worst hotel I’ve been in for a long time. I work for a living, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay here unless they want to waste their money.

The room smelled like chain smokers had been in there before us. It didn’t have a coffee maker, hair dryer, or other amenities, and there was only one washcloth, one hand towel, and two bath towels for two guests. The TV had trouble picking up a signal and channels. The reasonable price was the only plus for our four-night visit. I probably wouldn’t stay again.

I’ve had great experiences here. The place is very clean, and the front desk is really helpful. The washer and dryers work great, and the vending machines are reasonably priced. I book through the Red Roof Inn app, where the prices are always amazing.
