The new mattress arrived during my stay, and wow, that bed was so comfortable I didn’t want to get up! I also loved the indoor pool and hot tub, plus the outdoor atmosphere. The restaurant’s food was pretty good and the breakfast setup looked beautiful. The hotel was really clean, and everyone on staff was friendly. Stores are all within a five-minute drive, and there’s a dispensary next door. I’ll be back!

The service made this stay especially nice. Donna, the assistant GM, was lovely and gave me great suggestions for nearby restaurants. Trish at breakfast was so sweet and took good care of my daughter and me. The hotel was sparkling clean, the rooms were a good size and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m back in the area.

My family is still talking about how well my father’s retirement party went. The staff did a great job from beginning to end, the food was phenomenal, and the venue looked beautiful. Everyone was professional and attentive. Highly recommend, the service was five stars all the way!

We were here for a wedding and spent some time relaxing by the beautiful firepit. The grounds looked great, and the staff made us feel welcome. I’d highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the Hamilton area.

I stayed two nights for my wedding, which was at another venue in town, and they treated me like I was their own bride. The reception rooms are stunning, and the horticulture is phenomenal. Outside, there’s a cozy fireplace with fairy lights that makes the place feel really romantic. Ahmed at reception gave me the sweetest advice about my marriage. He was awesome! It was a fun, beautiful hotel, and I’ll definitely stay again.
