Margo at check-in was so patient, calm, and kind. She helped me settle down and fix what I’d call a major mistake. The workout area was nice, and the continental breakfast was the best I’ve had since childhood. The woman serving breakfast was amazing, though I’m not sure what her role was. Thank you, Margo and Home2 Suites. You have a good heart, and I could see that when we spoke yesterday. ❤️ 2/1/26: Marie, who was in charge of breakfast, was absolutely amazing. It was a luxury to stay here with service like this.

My grandbaby had her 8th birthday sleepover here. The hotel is beautiful, the room was in excellent condition, and the pool was very clean. The two women at the check-in desk were so helpful and patient while we struggled with our bags and balloons. The staff were lovely.

The price is okay, and the location is convenient. That’s why I haven’t switched places after staying here many times over the years. But it keeps getting worse. The staff don’t seem to care, and breakfast leaves a lot to be desired when it’s even open.

I booked a weekend getaway with my daughter, but now they’re trying to charge me a $167 fee with no explanation or receipt. When I called on Dec 22, 2025, at 11:50 AM, the first desk agent said it was a party fee. There was no party. The signed paper said no more than 6 people in the suite, and we never exceeded its occupancy. There were no noise complaints and no decorations on the walls. I waited 7 minutes to speak with the manager, who was short with me, talked over me, then hung up. I called repeatedly and got no answer. On the sixth call, Torra said she had just arrived and didn’t know the manager on duty’s name. When I asked for corporate contact information, she told me to Google it. She asked if I needed help, and I told her I hadn’t been helped at all. She said nothing, and the call disconnected again. After three more calls, someone else answered and said the manager was in a conference call, even though I had just spoken to her less than 10 minutes earlier. There were ants and some kind of tick bug in my bathroom, which I hadn’t reported. The shower floor was stained with black dirt. The bacon was burnt every morning, and the orange juice was watered down. The red-haired woman had an attitude whenever I asked her a question. I usually don’t leave bad reviews, but the service is horrible. Why am I being charged without an explanation or receipt?
