The hammocks scattered around the grounds were my favorite. There are also grills, a volleyball net, a children's playground, and a pool. Across the road, you can get to the beach and sit in lounge chairs by their small slice of bay. We had a great overnight stay, even though I'd booked the wrong day. The staff worked with us and arranged a deal so we could stay on the night we meant to book. Stephanie was especially helpful and attentive. The room was good, with a comfortable bed, strong shower pressure, and a mini fridge. Breakfast was much more than we expected, with coffee and creamers, several teas, and a range of breakfast items. Everything we chose to do was walkable. We ate at Out of the Blue and Cowfish, and both meals were delicious. We also got coffee and iced tea at Hampton Coffee Co. If you know Long Island, it's worth a visit. I hope to come back in summer and use the pool. Looking forward to another stay at Ocean View Terrace.

The private beach is right across the street, and the pool area was great, with towels provided. I only wished the pool chairs had cushions. They were clean wood and plastic chairs, but at eight months pregnant I got sore sitting on them, so I used a few towels to make myself comfortable. My husband and I stayed two nights for a quick weekend trip and loved Ocean View Terrace. It was clean and cute, and the staff were kind. The quiet king cottage room was on the small side, but had everything we needed. The spacious yard, hammocks, picnic tables, grills, volleyball court, and other amenities gave the inn a camping feel that we loved. We'll definitely come back with friends and family.

The grounds and landscaping were lovely, and the staff were outstanding. Our room was nicely furnished, decorated, and equipped. The renovated pool area was top notch, and the breakfast outbuilding felt cozy and comfortable, with plenty of supplies. The private beach was only steps away. We enjoyed our stay.

For our first trip to the Hamptons, this little hotel/motel was just right. It was clean, quiet, and accommodating. There was a minor issue with one room, and the owner upgraded us right away at no charge. The owner was incredible. We'll definitely stay here next year. Thanks!

I was here for work with a truck and trailer, and was glad they had a place for both. I arrived a little late, but Stephanie waited for me, showed me where to go, and opened my room. I also got to meet the owners, who were amazing. The beds were soft, the place was quiet, and the staff were 10 out of 10. Their small property across the way had peaceful beach access. I'm so glad I stayed and would choose it again if I return.
