The woman checking us in was so sweet and adorable. She was working by herself, and did an amazing job. I’d seen plenty of bad reviews and was a little nervous, but the room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities listed in our booking. We had a jacuzzi room, and the lights above it were really fun. I’d definitely book here again.

The General Manager, Dave, was one of the most unpleasant people I’ve ever dealt with in customer service. Our room wasn’t clean when we arrived, and after waiting more than two hours for it to be cleaned, it still wasn’t done properly. Later, another guest told us he’d found a USED CONDOM on his floor. Do not stay here EVER!!

For what the room cost, it just wasn’t worth it. The bed was old and uncomfortable, the pillows were ridiculous, and the front desk lady wasn’t helpful. I made the reservation at 9pm thinking I’d booked a double room with two beds, but it turned out to be one bed. I checked in after 9pm, and they offered no accommodation. Getting a room with two beds would’ve meant a $33 upcharge. Absolutely not paying that!

Service has really fallen off over the years. Front desk staff used to be friendly, but not anymore, and the service doesn’t compare with how it was before. I’m sorry, but it feels like the place only stays open because there aren’t any other hotels within 6 miles. There’s either a management problem or an employee problem here. Over the last 10 years, the housekeeping, laundry, and front desk staff have gotten worse, or maybe it’s management. Room floors are dusty, microwaves are stained, and housekeeping misses mold and old coffee in the coffeemakers. Even the towels and bed linens, though marked “clean,” are stained!
