The family called in time to try to recover a sentimental blue stuffed bear, the one the hotel is “sick of hearing about.” When they first called, the items in the room could still have been recovered, but the hotel didn’t call back. The family called again and was met with anger and told the bear wasn’t in a lost and found box, so they shouldn’t come back. They said nothing from rooms gets put in that box, and that items are stolen or thrown away. The room hadn’t even been checked into again when the family called. When they tried to reach the hotel after that, they were verbally abused. I won’t stay here, and I’m telling people I know to cancel reservations and avoid the place until the bear is returned to the family. A lot of people online feel the same after talking with the family on Reddit and trying to help. The hotel has responded badly to everyone and deserves the bad press this will bring. They’re going viral right now.

We had a king room on the third floor with a balcony and great views. The room was big, super clean, and had a comfortable bed. Parking under the building is free and spans two floors. It’s right in the heart of the strip. Can’t wait to come back.

The views were a highlight, and the stay by the beach was wonderful. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a comfy king-size bed, and the staff were friendly. Really excellent experience.

I loved staying here. It’s right next to the beach, with plenty of places nearby to stroll, and parking under the property. There’s no breakfast and no coffee in the room, but you can get free coffee at reception. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

Everything we wanted to reach was walkable, from the beach and restaurants to bars, shopping, and live music. This is a lovely little hotel just across the street from popular Hampton Beach, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Our clean ocean-view room had a balcony. The lobby is air-conditioned, has water views, and offers free coffee.
