I came back around 10:30 p.m. after taking care of personal business and got a rude call from a man saying pets weren’t allowed in the rooms. I kept telling him I had no pet with me and even opened the door so he could check, but he never came. When I called back to ask what was taking so long, he said he was watching me on camera and thought I’d hide the pet before he arrived. I don’t appreciate being called a liar, and it was very unprofessional of him to argue back and forth with me. I’d checked in around 3 p.m. for my mother-in-law’s 11 a.m. Homegoing Service in Brunson, SC.

I stayed a few nights while in town for a funeral. The room was clean, the staff were very friendly, and both the room quality and breakfast were decent.

I slept really well on the comfortable bed. The shower had barely any water pressure, though. Maybe replacing the shower heads would help.

Everything else was excellent, but Saturday morning’s breakfast service fell short. With an hour still left, the person at the desk didn’t want to replenish the food.
