The room smelled clean when I walked in, and it was actual cleanliness, not just a blast of Febreze. Sam was a big help, and you can tell he takes pride in this family-run business. I think the price is great for a spot so central to everything Hampton Beach has to offer. I’ll be back.

We stayed one night for a road race. Check-in went smoothly, though we had to do it across the street, and late checkout was no problem. The room was very clean, if a little dated. I’ve stayed nearby before, and this was a much better experience.

The floors felt sticky, and the motel seemed run down and poorly maintained. Looking out our back window, all we could see was a scrap yard. It works as somewhere to crash after a long night, but it definitely isn’t worth the price.

The staff were great, the price was good, and the hotel is close to the beach. Our room had a nice little sitting area, strong water pressure, and AC that worked really well. It was clean for a beach hotel, and the bedding was comfortable, with four pillows on each bed. The carpet needs replacing, though, and the toilet is squeezed between two walls, so it’d be hard to fit if you’re larger.

Great spot and nice staff. The room was clean for the price, and the AC worked well. The hair dryer was missing its plug cover, and the pillows weren’t great, but I’d still come back.
