We held our wedding at the Victoria Inn, using the outdoor gazebo for the ceremony and the Garden Pavilion for the reception. The owners worked with us throughout the planning, communicated well, and were open to customizing things. They also coordinated smoothly with the food vendors we brought in. Tiffany, the coordinator they matched us with, was a superhero on the wedding day, and the owners were easy to work with and responsive to our needs. The Inn has a cozy bed and breakfast feel and distinctive decor. We could rent all the rooms for our wedding party, plus the downstairs common area for a smaller post-wedding celebration with bar service. Having the whole place to ourselves the night before and after was great. Breakfast was included each morning, with a few dishes freshly made to order. The kitchen also prepared chicken, fruit, and cheese appetizers for the wedding, and guests enjoyed them. There were choices for most dietary restrictions, and staff were friendly and helpful with any issues. The venue and rooms were reasonably priced. We’d recommend it for a wedding with a middle-range budget, and we’re planning to return for an anniversary.

Our stay was peaceful and romantic, and we felt as though we had the Inn to ourselves since we never saw or heard other guests. We were surprised with a complimentary upgrade to the three-room Hydrangea suite. It was bright, with beautiful furnishings. There were still roses and other flowers in the gardens in September, and one of my favorite moments was reading on the front porch in a white Adirondack rocking chair.

We stopped here for a night on the drive to Maine, and it was just what we wanted. The grounds are beautiful, the beds were comfortable, and breakfast was delicious, especially AK's coffee. The family who runs it and the staff made us feel welcome right away. We’d gladly stay again.

Our wedding at the Victoria Inn was such a good experience. We loved the space, and the hospitality was beyond what we could have hoped for. The owners were flexible about what we needed and easy to work with. Tiffany, the coordinator they paired us with, was a real wedding-day superhero. If you want a place that’ll put in extra effort to make your day special, this is it.
