The Pelham Resort Motel

For three years now I’ve had nothing but good experiences here, and I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The owners are around all the time, working and mingling with renters. Rooms can be small, but they’re clean and the air conditioners work great. There’s a light breakfast too, cheaper than eating at the restaurant. No complaints from me. Thanks to the owners for keeping the property in good shape.

The Pelham Motel has that classic Hampton Beach feel, with its bright blue sign and vintage lettering welcoming beachgoers for decades. It’s right by the sand on Ocean Boulevard, and offers ocean views, air-conditioned rooms, and a heated pool for days when the Atlantic feels too chilly. Everything’s close by, including beach bars, souvenir shops, and Exotic Scoops next door. Park the car, put on flip-flops, and you can spend a whole weekend within a block of the water. Newer resorts have opened nearby, but the Pelham still has its old-school seaside charm. That third-floor common area overlooking the ocean was the cherry on top, and the pool felt tucked away. The room itself was small and smelled mildewy, but the location was perfect. I’d definitely stay again.

The ocean-view suite had an amazing view, and the rooftop sitting area was a great place to relax. Hampton Beach is a nice spot, and everything was very clean and well kept. The location was great too. Worth the trip.
