I’ve stayed here several times since it first opened, but the place has gone downhill fast. The room wasn’t nearly as clean as it used to be, and the shower door was broken with mold along the glass. I also used Marriott points for a two-night stay and was surprised to see an “incidentals” hold of $41 per day, $82 total. I was told it would take 10 days to come off. After years of loyalty to Marriott Bonvoy, I’m done with this hotel. Once I’ve used my points, I’ll end my Marriott loyalty too.

Good-sized, clean modern room and friendly staff. Breakfast was nice too. It’s close to I-95 and just 3 mi from the beach. Hard to go wrong.

The room had a decent amount of space and was nice enough. The service was a letdown, though. They handed us a full-size crib and expected us to carry it upstairs ourselves, even though we were already loaded down with luggage. Staff weren’t very friendly either.

We had a nice stay at this clean, friendly hotel. It’s close to some fun restaurants in town. I just wish there were somewhere to sit outside, even a simple bench. Still, it’s a great place.

The rooms are a good size, and the bathrooms are spacious. One thing to know: the cleaning products used in the common areas are heavily scented, so anyone sensitive to smells may want to stay somewhere else. And to whoever drives the BMW with the NH vanity plates J... and parked under the canopy, I hope you’re just a rude, entitled person and not a hotel employee or owner. If you’re part of the hotel, think about where you park and whether your guests matter.
