The staff have turned off my room keys and claimed I had no reservation or hadn’t paid, even though I was a guest, had ID, and was in their system after verifying my identity. One woman calls the police on me with false reports and tells them to shine their car lights into my room. She falsely accuses me of things every day and kicks me out for no reason. When I report problems to the front desk, they act like I’m crazy and don’t take me seriously. I feel this is harassment and hate, and I’m filing a lawsuit. A creepy male housekeeper looks in the windows. Military men talk loudly in the kitchen and on the phone, with their backs against my door before 6 a.m. One was tall, white, and red-haired. They do this on weekdays and weekends, including Saturday mornings. I don’t need to be woken before 6. This place is abusive, despite what I was told about it being nice.

I hope this place shuts down. The way they treat people makes them unfit to run a business. Don’t come if you value your money. Come here only if you want the worst living experience of your life. Zero stars, booooo!

The room felt cozy and modern, with comfortable carpet, a nice wood wall unit, bedside lamps on both sides, and a good-sized TV. Having the sink in the hallway was a nice touch too. Then the bathroom and shower felt like a shock: old, badly dated yellow tile, almost like a sanitarium bathroom.

The facility is clean, and the rooms, linens, beds, and pillows were comfortable. The staff I dealt with, including the office staff who promptly helped with copies of receipts for our records, were great and showed strong customer service. It’s an exceptional hotel for its location and price, and it’s clear the maintenance team and other staff take their jobs seriously.
