The pool and fitness center were closed for upgrades, but there was a nice pool table in the lobby and the bar stayed open until midnight. Booking online was easy, and the front desk service was outstanding. The maintenance team quickly fixed a minor TV problem, and the rooms were very comfortable. I had a really enjoyable stay.

Bryonna at the front desk was kind and helpful, and managed to arrange a shuttle back to the hotel for us. That was appreciated, especially after I had to pay for an Uber when I was told the shuttle couldn't take us to the restaurant I asked about because of a time restriction. I was told it only went to the mall, airport, and casino. The next afternoon, another agent said the shuttle wasn't available when I asked to go to the mall. The pool was the main reason I booked this hotel for my son's birthday. I called twice before arriving to check that it was open and working, and was assured both times that it was. On arrival, though, I found out it was closed. I decided to stay anyway, but there was no alternative arrangement or compensation for the pool closure or shuttle problems, even though I'd called ahead to avoid this kind of issue. Paying $300 when the main amenity I chose wasn't available, with no accommodation offered, was extremely disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Michelle made getting around a real pleasure during our stay from 12/24/25-12/29/25. She drove us to the movie theater, Walmart, the mall several times, McDonald’s, Denny’s, and the casino more than once. On some days, she took us to several places. She was warm, professional, attentive, and easy to talk to, and offered suggestions about where we might go. She always seemed happy to see us and take us where we wanted. Michelle was a big part of what made the trip enjoyable.

The pool wasn't working while we were there, even though it was one of the main reasons I picked this hotel for a staycation with my children. The stay was stressful instead of special, and then our room flooded because of an issue on the hotel's end. Several belongings and clothes were damaged, including things belonging to my kids. The items were worth around $400, and I thought asking for $200 toward the damage was reasonable. The hotel denied my request and has kept ignoring my attempts to sort it out. Between the flooded room, our damaged things, and management's lack of a meaningful response or accountability, I'm extremely frustrated. I gave them a chance to handle this fairly, but it's disappointing to be denied compensation for damage caused by a hotel problem. I hope management changes how it handles situations like this so guests aren't left paying for damage caused by problems at the hotel.
