The rooms were clean, and breakfast was great. Doug greeted us and was wonderful, with lots of knowledge about St. Albans. He was kind and went out of his way to get us two rooms beside each other. We’re looking forward to coming back to visit.

The team was outstanding, and check-in started with an amazing welcome. The rooms are what you'd expect at a Hampton Inn. I think they only clean rooms if you ask, but that didn't matter for my two-night stay. I was impressed with every part of the visit and would definitely recommend the Inn and friendly St. Albans.

It was a little pricey for a Hampton Inn, though we were there during the busy season, with the Fall Harvest Festival that weekend, so that made sense. The hotel is a bit worn but not in bad shape, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and really nice. We found the room, cleanliness, and breakfast met or beat our expectations for a HI. EV charging in the parking deck was free, though parking itself cost $4/night. I was surprised by the negative reviews, considering this is a Hampton Inn rather than a luxury hotel.

My wife needed the step stool we bring along to climb into the bed, but once there, the excellent bed made for a great stay. We spent two nights and enjoyed the room, especially the exceptionally good shower. Thanks to whoever designed it.

We found a nice room with comfortable beds and a really good breakfast, just right for a last-minute stop on our road trip. Doug was at the front desk for check-in, and he was thorough and answered all our questions quickly.
