After three days of driving from Texas, Donna made me feel like a friend. I was in town to visit my daughter in the Marine Corps, and she went into overdrive to make the stay and our time together special. The staff at breakfast seemed to know what I needed before I asked, brought plates, and made everyone feel welcome. It reminded me of a meal at my grandmother’s house. The rooms were clean and comfortable, too. I’ve stayed in hotels throughout a long life, and this was the best experience I can remember. The hospitality was so over the top that it’ll stay with me as one of my best trip memories. Thank you, Donna.

The rooms are spacious, everything is super clean, and the staff are so friendly that the place really does feel like home. This was our third December visit, and they go all out for Christmas every year. It looks beautiful. The manager greets you as if you belong there, and the breakfast team were especially kind to our daughter, who has celiac. One of the women offered several gluten-free options, set them aside for the next day, then brought them to our table. We’ve stayed in lots of hotels while traveling, but this little gem is by far the nicest. The staff are wonderful, and I’m not sure I can describe them well enough.

The location was perfect for us, right by the mall and Medieval Times, and the indoor pool was a bonus the kids loved. Our room was spacious, nicely appointed, and a comfortable place to unwind after a day out. What really made the stay was the service from Aylaya and the gentleman working beside her. They were professional and friendly, and went out of their way to make my family and me feel welcome. We look forward to coming back. We stayed at the Home2Suites on 2-3 JAN 2026.

Aylaya made my daughter’s ninth birthday weekend memorable and stress-free. She was kind, patient, attentive, and handled every detail professionally, making us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. I’d booked the Home2 Suites in Arundel Mills for a sleepover so we could have a relaxing stay and be close to Arundel Mills for shopping. The hotel is clean and modern, and works well for families, but Aylaya’s care is what made this more than a hotel stay. We’ll always remember the experience.

The free breakfast was a convenient way to start the day, and the mall and casino are close enough for a walk or a short drive. There’s also a free shuttle, though I didn’t use it. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, the bed was good, and the heater worked well during my winter visit. Check-in was friendly and smooth. I arrived late at night, so there wasn’t a wait. It was a good stay and I’d consider coming back. Comfortable, convenient, and good value.
