Hampton Inn & Suites New Orleans-Elmwood/Clearview Pkway, LA

The location is right in the middle of a big business district, and the service was great. The staff are really nice. Just so you know, there's no gym. The room could've been better: the pillows were just okay, and the desk felt kind of sticky. Needs a proper clean, you know?

Kara made our two-day stay feel special. That's what real hospitality looks like, she went out of her way to make things perfect for us. The hotel was clean and breakfast was excellent. Keep up the great work!

I've spent one night here so far, and the staff have been friendly and accommodating. The room is very clean, and the bathroom has just about everything you'd need for a shower. There were lots of choices at the continental breakfast, and it was well worth it. My only small complaint is the coffee selection: they had decaf, light roast, and dark roast, but no medium. Not a dealbreaker. So far, it's all been great!

The location felt safe, with shops and restaurants nearby and easy access to New Orleans, Metairie, and Westbank. The night receptionist was friendly, and my room, number 230, was very clean. I had a great stay overall, though I'm a light sleeper and noticed a couple of things that might not bother others. My room faced the pool and was right across from the elevator, so I could hear people coming and going. There was also a gap beneath the curtains that let in a lot of light at night, and even more in the morning when the sun reflected off the pool. I put a towel along the bottom of the door to block some noise. These were nuisances for me as a light sleeper, but probably won't be an issue for people who sleep more heavily.
