Hampton Inn Hardeeville

The morning crew on November 15th, 2025 was fantastic. That included the maid service, front desk, breakfast staff, and a gentleman who seemed to help wherever he was needed. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean, had plenty of towels, and the king bed was comfortable, though the pull out couch wasn't. We appreciated being welcome to bring our 55#dog and cat. We're very clean pet owners and value being able to travel with them. Breakfast was standard, but the coffee was good, the waffles were wonderful, and there was a nice variety. The breakfast bar was kept very clean. We'll definitely stay here again.

After a long day on I-95, we stopped here, but the $168 price didn't feel worthwhile. The beds were comfortable and breakfast was OK, though not up to Hampton standards. The staff at the front desk weren't friendly or accommodating. Our room was set to 68 degrees, and when we asked them to override it to make it cooler for sleeping, which we know is possible, they refused. They also said they had no fan when we asked for one. The sink faucet was piped backwards, and the deadbolt was difficult to lock. We would have raised these issues at the desk, but the person was either unavailable or seemed uninterested. If you can sleep in a hot room, this hotel may work for you. Otherwise, keep going and perhaps you'll find somewhere friendlier and more comfortable.

The room was spacious and clean, just what I'm used to at a Hampton Inn. The fitness center was fantastic, especially since hotel gyms rarely have dumbbells that go up to 70 pounds.

The room and bed were clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were friendly and welcoming. I'd recommend the hotel, though breakfast kept it from being a five-star stay. The waffles were raw inside, so cook them twice.
