The man at the front desk was kind and refunded us, but I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Our room smelled strongly of cat urine, and the electronic lock wouldn’t secure the door. Someone could just pull the handle and walk right in.

We were charged $136, so we stayed despite being upset, but we left before 11 the next morning instead of spending our planned second night. When we opened the curtains, we saw a hole in the ceiling that looked like it was from an old leak. The room was on the ground floor and seemed to have things that had gotten wet and then developed mold and mildew. Our allergies have been acting up ever since, and we won’t return. The room smelled moldy as soon as we entered, so we immediately asked to switch. We were told every room was the same, even though it was a Thursday in September and they weren’t sold out. One desk worker offered a dehumidifier and remarked to another that some people are more sensitive to smells. Having one available made it seem like this had been an issue for a while. We were livid that they wouldn’t move us.

The room layout was nice, and the location was the one good thing about the hotel. I was told there were no bedbugs, even though I had proof and showed it to them. The manager was rude and nasty, and cops were called after I told the manager about the bedbugs. They told me not to come back and suggested I had brought them in. I didn’t get a refund, so I’m taking this to court. I wouldn’t book here.

Quiet, clean, pretty, and really nice. The staff were friendly and courteous. I’d gladly stay here on my next trip. Thank you.
