I’ve stayed here before, back when the first floor was being remodeled, and had a great time in the large king suite. This visit was one night in a queen room, and it was decent, though I couldn’t tell what had been updated. The front desk area was still being remodeled, which didn’t bother me. Our first-floor room smelled musty, but they moved us to another floor without any fuss. In the rush to get ready for our event, I didn’t inspect the new room closely. Later that night I found the microwave top and the cabinet above it dirty. I know a room won’t be perfectly clean, but this didn’t look like anyone had really tried. The first stay was better. I missed breakfast because it closes at 9 AM. Anyone with bad allergies should check the room; I always bring an air sanitizer machine, and it saved me from allergy trouble. Casa Villa Suites is a good place to stay, and I hope they improve the cleaning, though next time I may look at the newer hotels nearby.

The room was spacious and okay, but housekeeping service was lacking. Around 9 the morning after I arrived Friday, a housekeeper knocked while we were still in bed. I asked her to come back later, but nobody came back during the rest of my stay. I had to take out my own trash and use my beach towel. The bed wasn’t changed or even made. The front desk knew what was going on.

The suite with two queen beds was enormous and felt well worth the fair price. It’s one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at when visiting the valley, and I’ll be back. Houston's KBK's Bullies

There was so much space in our room, and the layout was a lovely surprise: a bedroom area with a TV, another TV in the separate sitting area, and a tiny kitchen. The beds and pillows were really comfortable, and everything was clean. Staff were always there to answer questions or help. I enjoyed staying here and would happily recommend it!😁🥰👍

I’ve been here before and still think it’s a good place to stay. It’s clean, friendly, and reasonably priced. They’re remodeling right now, which I understand is part of keeping a hotel up to date.
