Staybridge Suites Buffalo Airport

The rooms were roomy, clean, and very well maintained, and the bed was so comfortable. Everything was there for either a short or long stay. It was about 20-25 minutes from Niagara Falls. If I'm up near Buffalo again, I will definitely stay here.

We spent almost a month at this Staybridge, and it came to feel like home. The personal touch from the staff made all the difference: they made an effort to know us, greeted us with smiles, and were kind and helpful throughout. Long stays can feel impersonal, but this one never did. Our two-bedroom suite was comfortable and well maintained, with a nice kitchen and the basic things we needed. The pool and dining area were consistently clean, and the whole place felt warm and welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was nice, and the social nights with tacos, burgers, and sodas were fun too. We're grateful to everyone who made us feel at ease, and we'd absolutely stay again.

The door slams were extremely loud, and there was no insulation from hallway or room noise. We also had the same issues mentioned in reviews about weak water pressure and long waits for hot water. On the third floor, it took about 7-10 minutes. The bathtub stopper was broken too. Recent remodeling only goes so far when it's just cosmetic. We left after the second night of our five-night stay and went to another hotel.

The rooms were good, but the service was lousy. We booked a block of 10 rooms for a family event, and it was very hard to reach the manager. One room was double-booked, which put our guests in an embarrassing situation. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 9:30, but they were done by 9. We definitely won't book here again. The three stars are only for the rooms.
