The common area was huge, with plenty of tables, a pool table, foosball, board games, Connect 4, and Jenga. The games kept the kids busy while the adults relaxed. The pool was warm and clean, and the gym was clean and generously sized too. Breakfast had lots of choices that changed each morning. The shower got wonderfully hot, and the removable shower head was convenient. Staff were wonderful from the moment we arrived, especially Curtis, whose service stood out. Our spacious, spotless room was a comfortable place to unwind. Checkout was quick and stress-free. We loved our stay at Tru by Hilton Williamsville Buffalo Airport and can't wait to return.

Courtney, the manager, made my daughter feel so special, with a welcome sign for her right at the front desk and a few little surprises in our room. My girl was so happy, and we felt welcome from the moment we arrived. We spent the night during our February school and work break, and had the kind of stay we needed. We played, explored, and relaxed, enjoying the pool, fitness center, and rec room. Breakfast was delicious too.

This was my third time at this Tru Hilton, and it's a great choice for a busy business trip. It's close to the airport and I-90, with ample free parking, a solid breakfast buffet, and a modern, inviting lobby with pool and foosball tables. I wish I'd taken more photos, but the trip was hectic. Curtis at the front desk gave exceptional service and made everyone feel welcome. The rest of the staff weren't nearly as helpful or welcoming, which is why I gave service less than five stars. I'll be back for my next work trip to Buffalo.

We stayed overnight for a little staycation, mainly for the pool, and it was nice. We also liked the lobby games. It would've been great to have an option to rent movies, but otherwise it was a great place to stay. The staff were very friendly, always a bonus.

The room we first got had almost no sound separation from next door. We could make out actual conversation and the TV, and they didn't seem to be speaking loudly. Even light footsteps from the room above came through like thunder. Highway noise also got pretty loud depending on which way the room faced, so I wouldn't choose this place for a relaxing stay. The lobby and front desk staff were nice. But the construction felt more like a cheap motel than a hotel, and cleaning staff tried twice to come in despite the DND sign and me calling out, “no thanks” several times.
