Lavern and Nicki from housekeeping were so sweet and kind, and always greeted me with a warm smile. My room was spotless whenever they came, and they paid attention to every detail. It's rare to see people take so much pride in their work, and their effort made my stay more comfortable. They deserve recognition for their hard work and positive attitude. Lilliana also made a real difference. She was friendly, professional, and went out of her way to make my stay comfortable and stress-free. Her attention to detail, positive attitude, and readiness to help were outstanding. I'd absolutely stay again because of her service.

Lilly made me feel welcome right from the moment I walked in. She was warm, kind, professional, and attentive, and made sure my questions were answered and everything went smoothly. She was organized, efficient, and hardworking, while still keeping a friendly, positive manner. Lilly went above and beyond and made my visit much better. I highly recommend her!

At best, I'd give this hotel 2-3 stars. The free breakfast is about Days Inn quality, the beds are hard as a rock, and the hallways feel humid and smell. I opted in for room service and housekeeping, but neither showed up. It's not worth the money, and I'll stay somewhere else next time.
