WoodSpring Suites Harrisburg Linglestown

I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels and motels, and this one’s been the best for me. It’s quiet, and the rooms are very clean. Eileen and Jessica are the staff I see most, and they’re wonderful. Everyone else has been terrific too. I might even move in permanently if things keep going well. Anyone coming to this area should stay here. Huge thanks to the whole staff!

It was a great stay. The location made it easy to get to shops and restaurants, and the rooms were great. The staff were amazing too. While I was checking out, a lovely woman talked and prayed with me, and that meant a lot.

I’ve been here a week and haven’t seen the excellent service people talk about. Both men at the front desk have been extremely rude, especially the one tonight. I’d left my key in my room, so I called the 500 number to be let back in. The worker came down, opened the window, and when I explained I just needed access and asked for another key, he said, “Say what.” He seemed like he’d just woken up and didn’t introduce himself or anything. I’m not asking for much. I can put up with the smoke smell, but I wanted a clean place and at least a friendly welcome. You won’t get friendly service here, and calling it clean is a stretch.

I checked in about four years ago, and the hotel has been amazing since then. I pay every two weeks, and once when something went wrong with my bank, they worked with me. The staff and management are wonderful. Having a full size fridge and stovetop is nice, and when something breaks or needs fixing, they’re quick to help. It’s close to Sheetz, Karen's, and the dollar store. Thanks to everyone who’s helped me along the way. The staff make everything so much easier. I’d recommend it to anyone who needs a quick place to stay.
