That great coffee was a highlight, and breakfast had plenty to choose from, even if it got busy. Crystal at check-in was especially friendly and helpful. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the location worked well for the highway, Hershey, and Harrisburg. I usually prefer Hampton Inns, and this one lived up to that.
10/10
I learned the hard way that I should stick with this place when I'm in Harrisburg for work. I tried another hotel on my last trip and regretted it, so I'll be coming back here. I've stayed here 5-6 times over the past few years and have never been let down. The pool, rooms, and breakfast area are consistently spotless and in great shape. Staff are courteous and make an effort to keep guests comfortable. Hampton's has also been reliable for me in other states.
10/10
The fall display in the lobby was so pretty, and the pumpkin decorating contest was really cute. Everything was clean, from the room to the hotel, and the staff were kind and helpful. Breakfast had a good variety, and the kitchen ladies were lovely, especially Tammy. The front desk team was great too. I was very happy here and will stay again. It's the nicest place I've stayed in the area lately.
10/10
I really liked the gym, it was spacious, clean, and had lots of new equipment. There were also cozy little booths in the common areas for breakfast, and I enjoyed the artwork and photos around the rooms and reception. The rooms were immaculate, with very nice bathrooms, and the staff made us feel welcome.
4/10
The staff were incredibly friendly, and breakfast was really good. Room 232, though, was a letdown. The bed called a “Queen” was actually a Full, and the shower turned cold after just 5-10 minutes. The barn-style bathroom door gave no privacy, which was awkward with family. The room amenities didn't match the description.
