Sheraton Harrisburg Hershey Hotel

The rooms are on the small side, and the toilet area is cramped, but the bed and mattress were very comfortable. I also liked relaxing in the corner sofa chair, and the linen was clean. The property seemed hygienic and tidy. It's conveniently located on the way to Washington, though navigating inside is a little tricky because the lobby is on the third level.

My room was on the 10th floor and had a balcony. It was chilly out, but the view was beautiful. I loved my stay, especially how kind everyone was and how they addressed me by name. They made me feel like an individual.

Renovations were underway, but the place was still really nice. The rooms were clean and tidy, and the atmosphere was relaxing. Breakfast was pretty good, and the front desk and bar staff gave wonderful service. Handy location for a visit to Hershey Park.

Katie Larson, the evening manager, was a pleasure to work with and made our group feel welcome. When some of the boys, ages 6 to 12, got rowdy in the halls and pool area, she didn't just yell at them to return to their rooms. Instead, she found us a quieter, more secluded spot where they could burn off some energy with “knee hall hockey.” Our team has stayed at plenty of hotel chains during hockey tournaments, and Katie and the Marriott team made us feel especially appreciated. This was our best experience so far, and I'll stay here again and again. We were in town in March 2025 for an ice hockey tournament with several age divisions and a very large group. Even with a lot of construction going on, the hotel was accommodating and set up an outdoor heated tent for our team banquet and pizza party. I'm a very grateful hockey mom.
