The convenient location near the highway was a plus, and the complimentary breakfast had fresh food and a nice range of choices. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and quiet, with a cozy room that had everything I needed for a restful night. From check-in through checkout, the staff made me feel welcome and went above and beyond. My stay at the Sleep Inn exceeded expectations, and I'd definitely return. Highly recommend it for a clean, comfortable, well-run stay.

The room and bathroom were very clean, with no problems there. Breakfast service, though, wasn't great. The employee stood watching what guests took and kept reminding us that it closed at 10am. I came back around 10:10-10:15 and they were already clearing the food and shutting down the machines. Why did it need to end right at 10 if the employee and hotel weren't closing then? I was also surprised there were no eggs. That's why I gave three stars.

My daughter and I both developed respiratory problems shortly after arriving. Within about 30 minutes we were sneezing and coughing badly, with puffy eyes and headaches. The air conditioner was full of black mold, and the bathroom was moldy and nasty, so we packed our things and checked out immediately. The front desk told me they couldn't refund us and that Booking.com had to handle it. Booking.com said the hotel needed to issue the refund because it had taken the payment. Since then we've tried repeatedly by phone and email to reach a manager, but each time we've been given an excuse for why he wasn't there. Corporate provided his email, but he hasn't replied to them or to us. On our last call, the front desk basically told us to shove it and hung up. Choice Hotels, do better. I'll never recommend or stay at one of your hotels again.

The front desk staff were rude, and the room wasn't very clean. At check-in they added a $100 incidental fee that wasn't shown online when I booked. If I'd known about it, I wouldn't have reserved here. The breakfast wasn't good either, and I'm not coming back. I left a firsetick in the room and called to get it back, but they said it wasn't there. I know I left it. They also charged my card twice for one night. When I called, they denied charging me twice, told me to dispute it with my bank, and hung up on me. DO NOT BOOK A ROOM AT THIS HOTEL!
