The young woman at the desk was accommodating and moved me upstairs, where the room was newer and decent. I hadn't seen any bugs there so far, but couldn't wait to leave in the morning. Avoid rooms 110 and 102. My first room smelled of mildew and was extremely hot, so the front desk switched it without a problem. Then I found food stains all over the white blanket. I took it off and tried to settle down because I just wanted to rest. The room was otherwise decently clean, but around 1am I woke up with a bed bug crawling on me. I panicked, took it to the desk, and showed the staff member. As I packed to move rooms, two more bed bugs were crawling on the pillow. I asked if they had a bed bug problem and was told no, though I don't believe that. They charge a deposit, yet the rooms are mediocre, smell mildewy, and have bed bugs.

Thank you personally for calling 911 and saving my brother's life on 4/28/26. He had a widowmaker heart attack, the most fatal kind, but he's doing well and is expected to make a full recovery. My family will be forever grateful for your compassion and kindness. God bless, and thank you so much again.

The shower barely worked and there was hardly any hot water. The place is very old and outdated, and people were smoking marijuana as we pulled up. They need to remodel and replace all the carpet with tile or laminate to make it more current and clean. Thank goodness it was only one night. We'll never stay there again.

The first room was awful, like something from a trap house horror movie. I'm not picky, but there were dirty boxers under the bed and garbage around. It looked as if nobody had cleaned it, and I'm still in shock. My kids still talk about it. The woman did move us to another room. Even with the small discount from booking online with concert tickets, it was overpriced for the area, and there wasn't even a microwave in the room. I've never experienced a hotel room like that. I'd never recommend it or stay again.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The man who checked us in was friendly and pleasant, and even offered to make us a fresh pot of coffee.
