I’ve stayed here twice and had a great experience both times. The indoor pool and whirlpool are a nice way to relax. But minors should not be in the pool area without adult supervision. I was enjoying the pool and whirlpool when three kids showed up and were completely disrespectful. They all looked under 14.

The hotel was clean, quiet and comfortable, and the staff were great. Special thanks to Nia, who kept the areas clean and was so friendly. I enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it!

Rooms were clean, and the pull-out bed was a little stiff, though not the worst I’ve had. The free breakfast was really solid. It’s an unassuming but decent hotel in Harrisburg with super friendly staff and a decent location. Food options aren’t really within walking distance beyond a WAWA, but the mall and some other places are only a 90 second drive away.

They took my money and disappeared. A two-day reservation was wasted, with no refund, no access to the second day and no alternative offered. They didn’t answer their phones or help with rebooking. When I contacted them, they repeatedly told me to book and pay again through their website. There was no investigation or accountability, just “pay us again,” followed by silence. That’s not customer service or hospitality. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own, your money is gone, and their answer is to take more. It felt like negligence with a checkout button, like hijacking under a hotel sign. Save yourself the frustration, stress and financial loss. Other places actually answer phones and treat guests like people instead of transactions. Avoid at all costs.
