The A/C worked great, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. But the room was just dirty: the floors and tub were filthy, and baby cockroaches were crawling across the bathroom floor. Even the towels looked like they'd been washed in an overloaded load and came out still dirty.
2/10
I was sick with a cold and dozing off, which may be why I didn't just refuse the room, get a refund, and go somewhere with basic standards. The bathtub was dirty and clogged, and there were lots of different soap bars left behind by earlier guests. There was more I could say, but I'm embarrassed I stayed and won't keep going.
2/10
There was just one set of towels in a room with a king bed, the TV didn't work, and the toilet was broken and ran all night. The room also had a weird, old, nasty chair that could pass for a dog bed. On top of that, the receptionist was rude. Avoid this place if you can. It's a last resort.
6/10
I booked online and got an economical downstairs room facing inside. As a solo traveler, I did feel safe, and the front desk was helpful. Still, the place should've been cleaner: the towels were stained and the sink was dirty. The bed wasn't comfortable either, and it made a strange noise whenever I turned over.
2/10
The bedding had stains, the pool was closed, and there was no breakfast. Employees were yelling and fighting with each other. A horrible place to stay.
