Knights Inn Harrisonville

They say they're pet friendly, but there was an issue when we checked out. The motel called and claimed there was dog poop on the bed and floors. I asked them to send pictures of the problem, and they sent a video that showed nothing wrong. I think they were trying to get more money out of a traveler, and I told them so. I had taken my own pictures showing we left the room clean.

We weren't sure about the place when we first pulled up, but we had a great stay. The room was nice and clean, with a mini fridge that had a freezer section on top and a microwave. The employees were nice and understanding when we were still packing at the 11 am checkout time. Best of all, they called us because my husband had left his nice noise cancelling headphones behind. We couldn't believe they reached out before we even had a chance to call. Thanks for a great stay. We WILL be back.

I booked online and the information said I could cancel until 3 pm. An hour after making the reservation, at 12:30 pm, I tried to cancel and couldn't. When I called Knights Inn, the man said he couldn't cancel it and tried to claim the room was non-cancellable, even though the booking information said otherwise. I insisted and said it could be canceled, and he cussed at me. I would never make a reservation here.

The staff are amazing, and the guy who checked me in did everything he could to make my stay go well. The rooms are clean and really nice. It's in a perfect spot, walking distance to Casey's, Walmart and greenlight dispensary. Some of the best service you'll find.
