Hartford has changed a lot in the nearly ten years I’ve lived at Hartford 21, mostly because of the pandemic, but H21 is still a good place to live. The office staff deserve a lot of credit, especially Chris Hull, who has stayed on top of things and responded to all our needs. He’s been my go-to person the whole time, always pleasant, supportive, and reliable. The staff are consistently efficient, responsive, and polite. We’ve enjoyed living here.

I’ve just moved to Hartford 21 and I’m happy I picked it. Everything has gone smoothly, and I’ll likely stay for a while. Stephanie and the whole staff have been great about replying quickly and handling issues or maintenance requests promptly. Resident parking isn’t shared, which is a big plus. I thought I heard something about a rooftop pool being built. Just kidding, wishful thinking!

The location makes it easy to walk to eateries, XL Center, Hartford Stage, and Bushnell Park, and having the building’s own garage is a luxury downtown. H21 also holds get-togethers around the holidays, which is a nice way to meet neighbors. I’ve lived here since 2019 and moved between a couple of apartments. They’ve been spacious, thoughtfully laid out, and full of natural light, with exceptional views. The staff make the community feel like home. Christopher Hull was the first person I met on staff and has helped me lease each apartment I’ve rented here. He’s professional, helpful, and responsive. The management office, maintenance team, and concierge all provide excellent service. Living at H21 has been a pleasure.

The city and countryside views are comforting, and the location is excellent. My wife and I felt at home from the time we started looking for an apartment. Lyndsey, our leasing agent, and her colleagues have been there for us, from leasing and maintenance to the daytime staff and nighttime concierge. They help keep an eye on things, handle large deliveries, and are always friendly when we see them. If city living appeals to you, this is a place to consider. The photo I added was taken at sunrise. Come and enjoy.

After selling the home we’d lived in for 37 years in Spring, 2024, we spent a long time looking for somewhere new. We contacted Hartford 21 for a visit and were lucky to have Chris as our leasing agent. He answered all our questions thoroughly and helped us feel at ease about moving from suburbia to an urban setting. We still feel comfortable reaching out to him whenever we have questions or concerns, and we can’t thank him enough for his guidance. I’m sure all the H21 leasing agents are equally capable, but I wanted to share how much we appreciated Chris in particular.
