Best Western Of Hartland

The breakfast was better than any hotel breakfast I’ve had, thanks to the amazing woman who comes in before dawn to make it. Our room’s hot tub was just what we wanted after a long day. It’s a clean, quiet place to stay, and I couldn’t recommend it more. We had a great experience.

We stayed here a few days ago, and had also visited last year. The rooms look newly renovated, and the staff are great. It’s very reasonably priced and well worth a stay. There’s a pool and free breakfast, which worked out well for my wife, the kids, and me. We’ll be back.

The breakfast area gets crowded and is hard to navigate, and there isn’t an ADA setup there. Apart from that, it was a delightful stay, with plenty of food and activities nearby. The staff were incredible, so helpful and accommodating.

The room’s smell got worse through the night, and we finally couldn’t sleep by 6 a.m. We left early because the sewage odor from the bathroom was seeping into the room, on top of a strong wet dog and cigarette smell. We’d arrived late from the wedding and were too tired to ask for a different room. I called the front desk the next day and was told the manager would get back to me, but they never did. After I left feedback on the website, the manager emailed that they’d try to do better. For what we paid, I expected at least a partial refund for the inconvenience, and we won’t return. My spouse and I stayed one night in early August for a wedding. We were early to arrive, and the staff greeted us warmly in a clean reception area. The common areas were clean, the staff were friendly, and the location was convenient for the expressway, groceries, and restaurants. I knew it was a highway hotel and wasn’t expecting the Taj Mahal, but the room odors were far worse than I expected.
