The only saving grace was the desk clerk, who was really nice and even came to take photos of the fridge and microwave. There was no offer of a discount. At least there were no bed bugs, the beds were comfortable, and it was REALLY quiet, probably because no one else was dumb enough to stay there. The room had not been cleaned. They’d only changed the beds and towels. There was crud on the floors, months’ worth of dust everywhere, a filthy refrigerator with stuff in it, and something had exploded in the microwave and never been cleaned out. The pillows were OLD and flattened, like they’d been slept on, and all there was on the bed was one thin blanket and a sheet. Wyndham tried to charge me more than the advertised price, then charged my card before we even arrived. When we walked in and saw the sign saying “no refunds after 15 minutes, no exceptions,” we tried to leave, but there were no other rooms nearby on such short notice. Nothing worked properly: everything was patched, worn, torn, or worn out, there was no breakfast service as advertised, the vending machines didn’t work, there was no ice or even cups in the room, the sink had no hot water, the windows leaked, and the toilet seat was broken. It should be closed. Seriously, where is the licensing board, health department, or BBB?

The bed was wavy, and the room smelled bad. The pictures are a HUGE lie. We walked in, saw the inside and the room, and walked right back out. The floors, walls, and furniture were peeling. It looked like raids had happened there. I’m not sure how anyone could stay there.

The best part of the experience was worker Rodge, who did his best to accommodate us and meet our needs. We had to fight for it, but eventually got a full refund. I traveled from TX and booked based on the website, then was so disappointed when I arrived. The hotel is run down, with lingering odors and stains everywhere. It felt very unsanitary, and there were no deadbolts on the doors. I don’t think it’s safe for family, friends, or women. Baby, DO NOT stay here. I do not recommend it.

The second room supposedly had just been cleaned, but there was hair in the tub, so I cleaned it myself. The sink was disgusting and grimy, and it sparked when you turned it on and off. The TV remote didn’t work, the floors were sticky like someone had used an old mop with old water, and the doors looked sloppily half-painted. There were storage rooms instead of a conference or breakfast room. In the first room, there was no shower curtain, and plaster or putty had fallen into the tub with water and the stopper, so it wouldn’t drain.
