I brought my dog for a one night stop on a road trip. The room was clean, mostly quiet, and had a mini fridge, so it worked perfectly for what I needed. I know people have worries about Motel 6, like bed bugs, dirty rooms, or beds you wouldn’t want to shine a UV light on, but that wasn’t my experience at this location. It’s a good place to land, and I’d recommend it.

The parking lot light shines through the huge gaps around the curtain, so the room never gets very dark. Add thin walls, thin blankets, idling semis, highway noise, and the mini fridge clanking, and sleep is pretty rough. Below average value.

The dogs and we all slept well in this quiet area. The staff were super friendly, and the rooms were clean. Definitely recommend.

I accidentally locked myself out after checking in late. The host quickly made me another key, which was a huge help. I’ve stayed at hotels that charge for a lockout, but this one didn’t. Loved it!

I woke up at 5 AM when a vehicle started outside, then again at 6:30 AM when the person in the next room turned on the water to shower. I’m not sure, but I think I even heard a mouse eating cheese in the room next door. If your hearing is very poor or nonexistent, maybe you’ll be fine here. 🧀🐀
