What made the stay stand out was the General Manager, who was attentive and so helpful about every detail. The whole team was friendly, professional, and ready to help with a smile from the moment I checked in. Home2Suites was spotless and comfortable, with everything I needed to feel at home. It's unusual to feel this well cared for and valued at a hotel. I'll be back, and I'll recommend it to friends, family, and colleagues.

Hilton at the front desk made a real difference by helping me charge my Tesla and making the whole thing easy and stress-free. He was professional and genuinely caring. Home2 Suites by Hilton Harvey New Orleans Westbank was clean, modern, and comfortable, with the amenities I needed for a great visit. I had an exceptional stay and highly recommend it for the service and welcoming atmosphere.

The kids' favorite part of each day was getting up for breakfast in the lobby. They also enjoyed the pool area and lounge spaces, and the family-friendly atmosphere made it easy for us to relax while they had things to explore. We visited Home2 Suites in Westbank twice in one month, and it's now one of our favorite places to stay. The staff greeted us warmly and seemed to take real pride in their work. Our rooms were clean and well appointed, with cozy bedding and everything neatly presented. We made great memories and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, enjoyable stay.

I stayed for 4weeks in a spacious, comfortable room with 2queen beds and a bath tub. There was plenty of space to walk around, do yoga, or just relax. Breakfast was really good, with different options. Ms. Hannah Sammour (Sales Director) at Home2 Suites helped when I reached the credit limit on my corporate card. I emailed her, and she immediately agreed to give me time to pay during my stay and sent instructions to the hotel reception. I had a good stay and received good service.

The rooms are clean. 🫶 But I wasn't sure what to make of the cop-light car flashing in the parking lot. And apparently the complimentary water is available, just not today.
