I called ahead and was told the deposit was $40, but when I got there she said it was $50. I didn’t make a fuss, though I’m pretty sure she judged me because I’m African American. Then I asked about WiFi and she gave me a passcode that didn’t work. When I said something, she told me not to complain. The customer service is really trash. Don’t waste your money here.

The attendant was really rude, and the room was filthy. There were cigarette holes in the blanket, dirt all over the doors and walls, graffiti on the doors, and the carpet was extremely dirty. The AC didn’t work either. Definitely not worth $140.

The bed was awful, with the springs stabbing us in the back, and now my back is aching. We only booked the room to sleep before our early morning flight, and we didn’t shower. We just slept and left. They kept our $100 cash deposit and won’t give it back, even though there was nothing wrong with the room. Are you kidding me? It feels like they’re ripping people off.

At first the place seemed fine, but then my wife got bitten by a bed bug. We pulled back the sheets and found more bugs, blood stains, and all kinds of unsanitary things. $160 is far too much for a room where the only nice thing is the jacuzzi. Everything else was disgusting.

First we got a smoky room, then we asked to switch and got the mildew room. I can still smell the mold.
