The staff at the front desk and on the phone were nice and capable. But there was a bad smell everywhere, like poop in the room and a moldy, mildewy smell mixed in through the hotel. A neighbor left their TV on all night, too. Breakfast had no yogurt, and the milk was served from an open pitcher instead of individual portions.

The beds were comfortable, the TV was nice, and breakfast was as good as at pricier hotels. Coffee snobs will still want to stop at Starbucks. The area seemed safe, and crimemap.org rated it safe too. It's handy for the interstate, gas stations, food, and Starbucks. I liked the steady white noise from the PTAC under the window at night. My only gripe is that the entry and connecting room doors need acoustic seals to cut down on noise. In my opinion, that's a design or construction defect, not a management or maintenance problem. I'd book here again.

The room was spotless, luxurious, and really comfortable, and we felt valued thanks to the personal service. Everything went perfectly, from when we arrived until we left. It felt like true high-end hospitality.

The hot tub was great, and the bathroom was very nice. The bedding was nice too, and the carpet looks new. Staff were friendly and gave us a list of local restaurants. We'll be back.
