The room was clean and the water was hot, and there are places to eat and other services nearby. You can hear a little road noise, though it wasn't bad. The carpets in the shared areas are worn, but everything seemed clean enough. $90 felt a bit high, even so, though places around here all seem to cost more.

Amy at the front desk has been wonderful to deal with. She’s understanding and does what she can to help. My husband and I have been here for a couple of months for work and have been very satisfied so far. When we come to Hazard, this will be our place as long as Amy is still there and things stay the same. Thanks, Amy, for everything you do!

I used to stop here often when I was passing through. The last time, the man at the front desk took a photo of my card when I swiped it, and fraudulent charges showed up the next morning. I had to freeze my bank account and get a replacement card, which was a real hassle. Be careful, I wouldn't trust these people.

The service was great, and my room was very clean. I'd stay here again if I'm in the area.

This is an older place, and you can see its age, though it was clean. The staff were great when I checked in, the bed was comfortable, and the shower was hot. That's what I needed. Coffee in the lobby was good in the morning, and I took a banana on my way out. If you just need somewhere to sleep, shower, and get back on the road, it works well. Not the place for anyone who's bougie.
