My son came away covered in bed bug bites, and when I raised it with Cathy and the front desk, they did nothing. The sheets were stained and had hair on them, and the place was very dirty. The housekeeping could have done a better job, but didn’t. If you care about clean bedding and avoiding pests, don’t book here. They also wouldn’t refund us when we had concerns about the booking. This place is barely holding on.

At around 11 at night, the front desk guy was really kind and called the manager while we were there. We asked for a refund, but apparently they don’t do those, so they moved us to another building instead. That room had three stink bugs. They’re common enough, but still, we shouldn’t have to find bugs in the rooms. My boyfriend patrick and I were there for two nights. The first room had at least ten flies, and the next night there was a roach in it. We’d read reviews from months earlier saying they would address the roach problem, so it’s ridiculous that it was still happening. Someone should check rooms before guests are sent in if they aren’t going to fix it.

Cathy, the head lady, is very kind. But when I came to check in with my reservation, the woman on the midnight shift demanded a $50 cash deposit and insisted it was listed on every booking site. It wasn’t listed anywhere. I’d stayed here several times before and had never been asked for a cash deposit. I had to call Priceline at the last minute, though luckily I got a refund. If employees representing the company handle things this way, it’s going to ruin the place’s image.

Amanda and Ms Kathy were so helpful and friendly, almost like family. My fiance and I had no problems during our stay. The location was convenient too, close to several shopping centers.
