Housekeeping did a great job, and Reyes, the maintenance man, was especially kind and helpful. Jasmine at the front desk was so accommodating, and Teah and Aly were great too. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was good. The staff took such good care of us. We stayed in room 104 and then 107.

Our house had flooded, and Alli at the front desk helped us find a good rate. She was warm and kind when we really needed it. The lobby and room were both awesome, and the stay made a hard week a little easier. Thanks to Alli and Best Western. I’d definitely recommend this hotel.

After the rodeo, it was lovely to come back, sit by the fire in the common area, and enjoy the hotel’s complimentary hot drinks. John, I think, was working the night desk and stopped by for a friendly chat. Our room was clean, and check-in had been easy, with Dakota being helpful, accommodating, and good-natured. We had a very good stay and will come back.

I’ve stayed at plenty of Best Westerns around the country, and the customer service here in Heber City is the best I’ve had. Jasmine greeted us with such a warm, upbeat welcome that check-in felt cheerful instead of routine. She really set the mood for a great stay. Give her a raise!

Our last-minute gathering with family and friends was an important, emotional moment, and the hotel gave us a wonderful setting for it. The policies, layout, and amenities worked really well for our group, and I could relax and be present. Dakota, Alex, and the breakfast attendant were all fantastic.
