The staff were really nice, and Shawn, who was filling in on the shuttle, made us feel especially welcome. The rooms are spacious and cozy, the beds are super comfortable, and everything was very clean. This is easily the best hotel I've stayed at, and I'd definitely come back. I'd recommend it if you're staying in Park City. 10/10!!!!!

We had a peaceful stay on a floor that didn't seem crowded, and enjoyed the views, the food, the game room, and the sauna. There are lots of activities to choose from, and the resort is conveniently close to the airport and other ski resorts. We came hoping to see snow and were lucky enough to catch some before heading to our desert destination. We booked through the AMX website, and our package felt like a great value. The building is spacious, though we did a lot of walking because some sections don't connect to the 1-2-3 floor. We think we were given a newly renovated room, and they left us a sweet treat, which has hardly ever happened at places we've stayed. I appreciated the extra effort. The servers were professional and respectful, too. The food portions are generous, and there's a small Starbucks-style café by the front lobby. It's a cozy, luxurious, picturesque spot for a quick getaway. We plan to book again soon.

We’ve stayed at Black Rock Mountain Resort two years running, and we're already planning to come back next year. The spacious, nicely designed residences work well for families, and after a day out, it’s easy to unwind together by the heated pool, in the hot tubs, or in the gathering spaces. The quiet mountain scenery is beautiful, with Park City just a few minutes away. Manager Alfredo really stands out. He’s welcoming and easy to see around the resort, and his commitment to a great guest experience comes through in the service across the property. Highly recommend for a family trip to the Park City area.

The resort has plenty of perks: a decent gym, a big pool and pool deck, a hot tub, a separate coffee shop, a restaurant, and the largest meeting room of any PC hotel. The lobby is comfortable for lounging, the bar has magnificent views, and the staff are superbly friendly. One of the newest resort hotels around Park City, it really sparkles and shines. I'm sure I've forgotten a few things, so I guess I'll have to return!

The room was dark and depressing even with the lights on and blinds open, and the bed was so uncomfortable I could feel every pressure point. I paid for a Mountain View and ended up looking at the resort parking lot. The photos seem a bit deceiving. The thermostat won't go below 69, so the room is hot. Room service has fewer options than the full dine-in menu, and the food was basic at best, nothing special for $30+ a plate. If I had to describe this place in one word, it'd be a scam. I'm staying here now and want to leave, but I've paid an outrageous amount for a basic hole-in-the-wall room. This was meant to be a restful reset weekend, but I'm leaving more exhausted and irritated than when I arrived. For what it costs, it's very disappointing. The Hilton down the road is just as good, if not better, has better beds, and costs half as much.
