Heber Inn

My husband and I come to Heber every weekend and stay here overnight. I love how clean, spacious, and warm the room is. The front desk guy is so kind. It’s awesome, and we’ll be back!

I only stayed for one night, and there was no hot water at all when I tried to shower in the morning. It was painful because I have arthritis and needed a hot shower. The TV didn’t work, and the bedding was stained too. Afterward, I rang the front desk bell three times and waited ten minutes to report the problems, but no one came. They’re supposed to offer 24-hour service, but there was no help, just cold water.

There wasn’t any hot water, and the room had stains everywhere. I’m not sure they know what a carpet cleaner is. It also wasn’t ready when I arrived to check in, and the desk service was unfriendly.

The bed was very comfortable and seemed clean, and the towels were nice and fluffy. The receptionist was kind and helpful when we had trouble with the TV. I’d say the place is fine if you’re alone and just need a comfortable bed for the night, but not for the price. We were just passing through, and the first room he showed us seemed acceptable for what we needed. After we’d unloaded and settled in, we noticed the room we’d been booked into had no carpet and the floor left our feet filthy. There was only one dim lamp, in an awkward spot. It took 15 minutes of running the water before the shower got warm. I’d have been happy at $50 to $60, but the $100 I paid didn’t feel worth it.
