The service was great and always came with a smile. My room was roomy, clean, and comfortable, though a little dated, with an updated shower. I did miss having a bedside light. There's an on-site restaurant, and breakfast runs late, until 10 on weekdays, with reasonably priced à la carte choices. The place is clean and well kept, and rooms are cleaned daily if you request that at check-in. It's beside CVG airport, but not really walkable, so call the property for the free shuttle. I'd stay here again if I'm back in the area.

The front desk lady was wonderful, but the room was disappointing enough that I didn't stay the night. Water leaked from the sink handle across the counter, and the shower flooded the bathroom floor. All the fixtures were loose, including the shower handle and sink fittings, and one lamp didn't work. The wallpaper was dingy and stained. I expected Hilton standards, and when I asked about the small shower and dated decor, I was told Hilton had bought an older hotel.

The bed was great, and the room was clean. The location felt safe and secure. Just know parking costs $8 a day, whatever hotels.com says.

Tyra really made the visit for us. She was welcoming, incredibly kind, and went out of her way to make sure we had a great experience. The room had a fresh coat of paint and was clean throughout. We skipped the restaurant because the reviews were so mixed, but based on the hotel itself, I'd gladly stay again. The service was what impressed me most.

The front desk staff were friendly and easy to approach. It's a convenient spot near the airport with a shuttle, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable.
