We never felt safe or comfortable here, and the price absolutely wasn’t worth it. There were groups of men around the lobby, our rooms, and the stairway. The room smelled like rat urine and mold, with unexplained red and white stains on the carpet. One bed was beside a corner with water damage and black mold. The shower shrieked the whole time, had almost no pressure, and never got hot. Our body wash and shampoo were half gone when we returned from dinner and meetings, even though we’d put up the do not disturb sign. Fresh towels appeared anyway. The door wouldn’t close unless we slammed into it, and it had no lock, so we had to pile things against it. The windows didn’t lock either. The heater was broken, and several people complained about broken fridges. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

The person who checked me in on 10/21/2025 was pleasant and helpful, but the room needed a lot of care. The carpet was stained and didn’t look clean, and the tub wouldn’t drain when I showered in the morning. At checkout, I got a very rude, snotty response when I mentioned the condition of the room and the drain. I wouldn’t stay here again. The hotel is denying that I stayed, but I have the receipt and can provide proof directly. I won’t post it publicly for my personal safety.

I booked a King room but was given one with two queen beds. The front desk clerk wasn’t accommodating, and the lobby, hallways, and elevator were dirty. The rooms are worn and not very clean. This motel needs a thorough cleaning and updating.

The waffles are still delicious, and the juice is cold and fresh. My rooms have always been squeaky clean, and the staff are straightforward and reasonable. There is a bit of a language barrier, though, and I mean no offense. After staying here many times over the years, I wonder if it may have to do with moral or traditional beliefs. Who knows. It’s really not that bad, folks, so give them a break. Most of the time, the renters and their guests are the problem.
