Colleen was an outstanding hostess and owner, and we really enjoyed the breakfasts. We spent two nights in this beautiful old home, which is ideally placed for walking to St Helena Cathedral, the State Capital, and downtown. I highly recommend staying here in Helena.

We stayed in this super cool mansion for Valentine’s Day. The host was excellent, and the bed was great. We’ll be back.

The Carolina Bed and Breakfast was cozy, comfortable, clean, and decorated beautifully in Victorian style. My husband and I loved the bed and the breakfasts, especially the best French toast I’ve ever had. Colleen is a lovely, welcoming host who made us feel like old friends. It’s just across from the Original Governor's Mansion and an easy walk to the Cathedral of St Helena, plus the shops and restaurants on Last Chance Gulch. After walking outside, we enjoyed warming up with tea and a book by the living room fire. Thanks so much for your hospitality. If we’re in Helena again, we’ll definitely stay here.

I’ve stayed at the Carolina Bed and Breakfast twice, first on my own and more recently with my mother and daughter, and both visits felt perfect. Colleen has a warm way of making you feel at home, and she goes out of her way to make the stay memorable. Her breakfasts look as lovely as they taste, and she knows Helena’s history and sights so well. The B&B is cozy, welcoming, and full of character. Staying here in Helena, Montana, felt magical. It’s a 10/10 for me, and I wholeheartedly recommend it. Thank you, Colleen, for making it such a special place.

We stayed here for the first time many years ago, and since then I’ve known this would be our go-to bed and breakfast whenever we travel to Helena. Colleen is the best host.
