Genesis at the front desk was so kind and accommodating, and breakfast was really good with an attentive server. We slept well in a quiet, very clean room. The mini fridge did buzz all night by our feet, though I didn't notice it and my honey did. The property also seemed less maintained than other BW pluses we've stayed at.

Bailey made sure my room was right by the elevator, just like I asked when I called ahead the week before. She was just as nice in person as she had been on the phone. When my TV acted up, she came to fix it within five minutes. Quick, attentive service, and I’ll definitely be back.

There isn't a view from the room, but the breakfast was plentiful and good. Wendy's is close by, Target is across the street, and Home Depot is next door.

The staff were so kind and polite, and breakfast was good. I had a lovely anniversary stay with my husband and kiddo. The mosquitoes around the pool were the one thing that bothered me, though I know there may not be much that can be done about them. Also, thanks for dealing with the gentleman caught smoking when we checked out. There were signs everywhere, so he had no reason to be mad at you when it was his own fault. Thanks for all your hard work.

After a stay somewhere that felt very unsafe, I was able to move here to a safer, cleaner place without trouble. Vicky the manager made that possible with wonderful service. Thanks for all your help, Vicki. I'll be back.
