Best Western Plus Las Vegas South Henderson

The rooms were nice and the staff courteous, and the location puts you right in the middle of Henderson on St.Rose Parkway, where there’s plenty going on. Still, the breakfast was bad enough to take two stars off my stay, especially since it was included. The setup was chaotic, with lines coming from several directions and no real organization. The selection was poor too: scrambled eggs and undercooked sausage, but no hard-boiled eggs, bacon, or potatoes. Not everyone can eat powdered scrambled eggs, and the yogurt dispenser barely gave any yogurt. It’s a shame because we like Best Western Plus. The Boulder location has much more variety, and Homesuites and Hampton Inn down the street had better breakfasts. My wife and I won’t stay here again. I’d recommend Hampton Inn next door or Homesuites on West Horizon Ridge. Management, the rooms and staff are fine, but breakfast needs work. It’s not a big project, and it’s one of the departments managers are responsible for.

The breakfast area didn’t have enough tables. The hotel looked like it had plenty of vacancies, yet there was nowhere to sit. I’d hate to see it when full, people might have to stand to eat or take food back to their rooms. The breakfast attendant restocked the plastic silverware without gloves. The hotel was clean and nice, and the front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was the usual hotel spread of scrambled eggs, toast, waffles, yogurt, and cereal.

I was in town for a convention and had a satisfactory stay. The hotel is a good option at a fair price. Clean sheets and towels, and breakfast was included, with eggs, potatoes, protein, waffles, cereal, bagels, bread, and similar basics.

The facility was extremely clean, and the continental breakfast was fresh and very good. Check-in was great too, the staff were friendly and helpful.
