The location has plenty of restaurants within walking distance, plus strip malls and other shopping nearby. The lobby has room for gatherings, and the ground floor Bistro serves breakfast, coffee, dinner items, and drinks. The gym is small but has enough equipment for a good workout; I had plenty of space since I was the only one there. This is an older Marriott Courtyard that's recently had a facelift. Rooms are on the small side but laid out efficiently, with some modern conveniences alongside the older feel. My room and bathroom were clean, and the WiFi signal was great. Gold or higher BonVoy Members can get enhanced WiFi free. The TV has an okay channel selection, and you can stream from a few major services. The bathroom's toilet and bathtub are separate from the sink, which sits outside it. There's no real ventilation, just a hole in the wall, so after showering you'll need to leave the bathroom door open. A good place for a short stay.

I've stayed here for a year because it's convenient for me as a flight attendant, and I always recommend it to coworkers and friends. The rooms are consistently clean and smell fresh, and the shuttle drivers are professional and kind. But this is the second time I've dealt with Erica's rude attitude, both in person and on the phone. I love this hotel, but her behavior at the front desk really lets it down. She doesn't seem happy in the job or up to Marriott standards.

I had a great stay, and Gabby at the front desk was professional and kind the morning I checked out. She offered me coffee and made me feel special. First impressions mean everything to me. My AirPods went missing inside Marriott Henderson / Green Valley during my nearly two-week stay in August. Apple’s Find My app continued to show them at the hotel, and I showed the live GPS location to the front desk several times over a few days. No real assistance or investigation followed. The location changed on the day I checked out, then updated again weeks later and appeared to be at a school. That strongly suggests someone took them after I left. About a month ago I called the hotel again and sent screenshots with the exact location, hoping to resolve things reasonably and amicably, but got no effective response or support. I'm not looking for conflict. I asked for a fair solution, such as reimbursement so I could replace the AirPods. I think guests would find it unacceptable to lose a personal item inside a hotel, have clear tracking evidence, and still receive no help. I'm sharing this so other travellers know, and hope the hotel reviews its lost-and-found procedures and staff accountability.

I've been coming to this Marriott Courtyard for a couple of months, and the service has been great. Most of my front desk interactions have been with Sydney, who's been compassionate and accommodating with everything I've asked for. It's a great place to stay.
