We only stayed one night on our way to Arizona, and the location suited us well, away from Las Vegas crowds and noise. Our room was clean, comfortable, and roomy enough for our family of four. Check-in was quick, and the customer service was excellent. Breakfast was delicious, and the dining space was clean and looked after. I'd choose this place again if I'm in the area.

We had one of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in a while, with fresh food and plenty of choices. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable, and the front desk service was very good. Our room came with a reserved parking spot and its own outside entrance, which made bringing our dogs and unloading the car easy. I'd plan to stay here again next time we're heading south.

The room was clean, and the bed was just right, really comfortable. Staff were very helpful, and being able to check in early was a blessing. We arrived on Super Bowl Sunday, with cute decorations and lots of snacks. Breakfast was good, especially the French toast sticks and the good sausage links. The apples and oranges could've been fresher or replaced. All in all, we had a nice four-day stay.

I was in town for a conference and wanted to stay off the Strip, away from the casinos, noise, and overpriced hotels and restaurants. This is a budget hotel, not a five-star place, but the Henderson Holiday Inn team really understands hospitality. They checked in with me more than once to make sure I was having a good stay. Small touches made a difference: a free happy hour with Mexican food and beer each night, cookies, and apples available anytime. It's not fancy cuisine, but it felt generous. I didn't feel nickel-and-dimed, and that kind of care for guests put some luxury hotels to shame. The surrounding area is fine, with big-box stores and plenty of decent places to eat and drink. Glad I stayed here.

They even had movies with popcorn and a Super Bowl party with free food. The GM was so kind when greeting us at breakfast, and it was clear he really cared about how our stay went. The employees are top notch, and everything is cleaned so well. You can feel the thought that goes into the customer experience. This is our absolute favorite place to stay, and we'll keep coming back.
